San Diego, Calif.-based ICW Group has added Stacey McAdam to a director-level position on its workers’ compensation executive team.
McAdam will oversee business development, underwriting and agent outreach initiatives for ICW Group’s western states. McAdam will play a role in positioning the company for success as it continues to expand its national footprint.
McAdam originally joined ICW Group in 2006 as assistant vice president to launch the company’s Ventura County, Calif. office. During her tenure, she has built a $116 million book of business.
ICW Group writes workers’ comp in 12 states. ICW Group represents a group of property, auto and workers’ compensation insurance carriers, including Insurance Company of the West and Explorer Insurance Company.
