Brian Weaver, senior vice president of sales for Menlo Park, Calif.-based McGraw Group of Affiliated Cos., will retire effective Sept. 30.
Cindy Roth will be joining the McGraw Group as senior vice president of sales and distribution beginning Sept. 24.
Weaver has been with the company for 34 years. He joined the company working with Jack McGraw to build the motorcycle insurance program and Western service contract platforms, which both still remain as trademarks of the organization. Through the 1990’s, he helped in developing a relationship with both the independent agencies, as well as the company’s introduction into the Allstate relationship.
Roth has more than 25 years of experience working in insurance sales and underwriting, most recently as the division executive for The Harford’s Southwest territory. She spent 10 years at The Hartford, and prior to that she was with companies including Travelers, Marsh, Kemper Insurance Co. and Everest National.
The McGraw Group includes McGraw Powersports, McGraw Insurance Services, Western Service Contractors and Pacific Specialty Insurance Co.
