Risk Strategies Co. has named Melissa S. Masles senior vice president and chief operating officer for California.
Masles will be based in the firm’s San Mateo office and have operational oversight of Risk Strategies’ four offices in California.
After a time spent as an executive with Chubb, including as senior vice president for Western Zone personal insurance, Masles served for over five years as chief operating officer for Networked Insurance, a commercial and personal lines aggregator based in California.
Risk Strategies has 12 offices nationally and four in California, including San Mateo, Los Angeles, Sacramento and Irvine.
