Agreed, bob. I wonder if one of the two misdemeanor charges was operating a vehicle on a suspended license. I mean, the courts MUST’VE taken away his license away after like the, what, 6th DUI or something?
The problem with people like this is they don’t care whether they have a valid license or not. They still drive. The only solution is what Rusty Nail says below – lock him up and throw away the key. But then that ticks me off that as taxpayers we have to pay to give him a bed and three squares…
I honestly don’t understand how we don’t put our prisoners to labor. They should have a 12 hour work day doing manual labor. Make them work off their sentence.
So every 3 years he goes to comedy driving school and gets the points erased from his license and off he goes.
What is scary is that in 30 years he has only been caught 10 times. Take away his license before he does some real damage!
Wish I knew the answer to this. Mandatory sentencing plans do not seem fair but after the 4th one long term sentencing would seem appropriate and life if by chance they had a 6th.
This guy needs to be put away for 20+ years. He has been busted 10 times for putting people at serious risk. God only knows how many times he wasn’t caught. What is the difference between driving drunk 10+ times and firing off a gun in a crowded room on several different occasions? Eventually you are going to kill somebody.
Let’s see if Montana can beat the 3 day sentence Kansas doled out.
we have a seriously flawed system that allows this to happen.
