Atlas General Launches New West Coast Habitational Program

Atlas General Insurance Services, LLC, a national multi-line program manager, has launched a new west coast habitational program available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. The program is exclusive to Atlas and is open to commercial apartment buildings, garden apartments, cooperative apartments, and condominiums.

Total insured values are offered up to $25 million per location with general liability limits up to $2 million/$4 million. Coverage is available on a package basis or as monoline general liability or monoline property with deductibles starting at $2,500.

The program is backed by an “A+” A.M. Best rated carrier, and will be managed and underwritten by Jill Bay-Weber, senior vice president of Atlas’ Commercial Division.

Atlas is accepting applications for risks effective immediately.
