Anaheim, Calif.-based BB&T Insurance Services of Orange County has named Scott Rhodes senior vice president and chief operating officer.
The 26-year industry veteran will manage day-to-day operations and work with the BB&T leadership team to refine and implement the company’s strategic growth plans.
Raleigh, N.C.-based BB&T Insurance Holdings operates more than 100 insurance agencies through subsidiaries BB&T Insurance Services, BB&T Insurance Services of California and McGriff, Seibels & Williams.
