Is it normal to leave a 3 year unattended and out of sight? Just saying.

Three year olds can get out of one’s sight, but the apartment occupant should have hung the blind cords out of children’s reach. It’s an easy thing to do. Can you see blinds coming down out of all apartment complexes soon?

If those window cords are anything like my apartments they’re situated by the windows edge and visible from the kitchen or living room. Point being is you should know where your child is at all times AND what they are doing. A 3 year old can still easily get into things when they don’t understand that it’s dangerous. That’s why there is such a thing as adult supervision and why most places ask that parents always keep an eye on their kids.
