NIF Group, Inc., a program administrator and specialty brokerage firm, has created a program for luxury homebuilders and remodelers. NIF Insurance Services of California, a division of NIF Group, is in partnership with an A.M. Best rated ‘A’, carrier writing this new program.
The Luxury Homebuilders and Remodelers Program is designed for the “high-end” general contractor who subcontracts over 70 percent of their work to licensed subcontractors.
Coverages offered are general liability, with limits up to $2 million/$4 million/$4 million and excess limits up to $5 million. Coverage is written on a non-admitted basis and is offered in Calif., Ariz., Nev. and Wash.
David Daniels, president and CEO of NIF Insurance Services of California, said the company is interested in appointing agencies who specifically write this business as well as artisan/trade contractors.
