Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has acquired Spokane, Wash.-based Farmin, Rothrock & Parrott.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. This marks Alliant’s fifth acquisition in the Northwest since 2014.
John Richardson, president of FRP, along with the management team and staff, will join Alliant and continue to service clients from its headquarters in Spokane.
FRP provides a commercial and personal insurance solutions to clients in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
Newport Beach, Calif.-based Alliant provides property/casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, surety, and financial products and services.
