Hub International Ltd. has acquired San Francisco, Calif.-based Sweet & Baker Insurance Brokers Inc.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bruce Callander, president of Sweet & Baker, will join Hub California and report to Kirk Christ, president of Hub California.
Sweet & Baker is a multi-line insurance solutions provider.
Chicago, Ill.-based Hub provides property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
