Well, it looks like they caught an Arsonist in the act who may have set several of the fires that caused this devastation. He was an illegal alien Mexican who was not reported to ICE since the area was a “Sanctuary” area. Had he been incarcerated or deported, he wouldn’t have been there to do this terrible act.
