So PG&E is trying to get off the hook by blaming the State of CA / Cal-Fire. What, are they also going to blame Cal-Fire for having caused the San Bruno gas explosion? PG&E, admit your failure; do not try to slough this off on a “third party”. Don’t be a Roy Moore – admit the error of your ways and face up to your failures; be a good, responsible, honest steward of the control you have over most of us here in Northern California. Don’t disappoint us, yet again. Learn from your mistakes, don’t repeat them.

this makes the cost of under ground utilities much more valuable, better view, less danger to people and less fires.
