Seattle, Wash.-based PEMCO Insurance has named Sally Bauer senior systems manager for the digital services team.
Bauer has nearly 30 years of experience in software engineering and insurance technology integration.
Bauer replaces Paul Barry, who recently transitioned to PEMCO’s executive leadership team as the company’s vice president of claims. Among Bauer’s responsibilities, she will lead initiatives to provide digital solutions for PEMCO, and will oversee the company’s technological strategy and operational roadmap.
Bauer previously worked with Microsoft, where she was responsible for leading teams that provided infrastructure hosting services to Microsoft technology centers. Prior to Microsoft, she spent time in vice president roles at BECU, Bank of America and Mutual of Enumclaw.
PEMCO provides auto, home and boat insurance.
