Alera Group has acquired Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Rich & Cartmill offers services including property insurance, general liability, commercial auto and workers’ compensation.
The firm adopted the new name “Professional Risk, an Alera Group Agency, LLC” at closing.
Professional Risk, an Alera Group Agency LLC, is a professional service agency based in Greeley, Colo., that specializes in risk management. With this new acquisition, Alera Group now has more than 60 locations across the U.S.
