I would calm down there agent. Texas has some of the highest insurance rates in the country, and they have all of the above you pointed out as well. Also, most states (if not all) have everything you pointed our above wrong with their states too. What else?
A quick gander at Statistica for the per capita reported violent crime rate in the U.S. by state in 2017 shows that Texas ranked #17 while Oregon ranked much, much lower at #37. The higher the ranking, the worse the state.
Who would want to live in Oregon? Dysfunctional, violent and drug induced.
