How do you even draw that conclusion? It wasn’t black market fentanyl that caused our epidemic, it was just a plain old regulated product. Marijuana itself has killed no one, but toxic black market versions have. You are talking apples and oranges here and drawing conclusions based off of nonsense.

I know we can’t expect logical thinking out of you, that’s too much to ask, but can you try to at least display your hatred in a coherent fashion? As it is you’re just further showing your lack of common sense.

Pea-brained conservative is still pea-brained. Not much of a headline, but that’s all I got from your post LOL

Also Craig, I found this handy explanation on what a Straw Man Fallacy is. I think you would find it very helpful, since you just tried to use one by comparing marijuana regulation to fentanyl!

he straw man fallacy occurs in the following pattern of argument:

      Person 1 asserts proposition X.
Person 2 argues against a superficially similar proposition Y, falsely, as if an argument against Y were an argument against X.
This reasoning is a fallacy of relevance: it fails to address the proposition in question by misrepresenting the opposing position.

      For example:

Quoting an opponent’s words out of context—i.e., choosing quotations that misrepresent the opponent’s intentions (see fallacy of quoting out of context).[3]
Presenting someone who defends a position poorly as the defender, then denying that person’s arguments—thus giving the appearance that every upholder of that position (and thus the position itself) has been defeated.[2]
Oversimplifying an opponent’s argument, then attacking this oversimplified version.
Exaggerating (sometimes grossly exaggerating) an opponent’s argument, then attacking this exaggerated version.

That last one in particular seems pretty useful for you to learn :) Maybe try to avoid these when arguing, they come off like you don’t actually care about the truth, you just want to win a debate. Funny, huh?

Dream on. People have too many options for processed food in the grocery store, fast food restaurants, 7-11. And processed food just tastes better because, well, that’s what people want.
And so that’s what businesses give them. In a word, Duh!
If you think people are going to start eating more kale yogurt because of kiosks, you probably don’t think very often.

Let me try to explain simple logic: YOU stated that many Republicans support legalization (FOX NEWS). This matters why? Because it is against type.

And I pointed out that many black Democrats are against legal pot. Again, against type.

You see, many black Americans know the damage pot does to African American youth. They want it to stop. Unlike you and your Pot Fan buddies; you could not care less about black people. “

The reason people have unfortunately died is because there is still a black market. In the states where marijuana is still illegal, there’s money to be made and predators are circling as a result. As stated previously, people will grow legally in their states and then sell it in other states for significant profit. We also have people trying to create black market vapes, because of their popularity. If everyone has access to the same vapes, there would be no reason for the black market to exist. It’s prohibition ending all over again. Sure you get your occasional bootlegger, but otherwise alcohol crime disappeared and so will marijuana crime of this type. Dinosaurs like Craig who can’t understand simple logic will argue that this will create a fentanyl-like epidemic, because they still don’t understand what marijuana is and that it’s a harmless intoxicant. Once their line of thinking dies out as the trend is leaning towards, we can finally legalize this and end the debate.

Kline said the best way to address concerns about cannabis is to remove it from the federal government’s list of Schedule I drugs on the Controlled Substances Act, which includes heroine and LSD, and to push for uniform regulations and product testing throughout the nation.

Ding ding ding! It needs to have the same regulations as our food industry. FSMA, HACCP, safe food/safe feed – deschedule and apply those types of regulations to cannabis and then we’ll see positive results. In the meantime, vape the flowers if you wish to vape. Vaping flowers has not led to the same illness or death. It is impossible to overdose to the point of death on THC. More people have died from strictly drinking too much H2O than strictly ingesting THC.

“…17 biopsies of patients that who had vaped, and 71% had vaped with marijuana or cannabis oils.”

So, there are those (29%) who only vaped nicotine. So, the additives such as hydrogen cyanide are leading to these illnesses and deaths. Yes, regulate what is being added into the oil solutions so we can stop this epidemic.

HA HA HA HA HA! Suddenly, you are a “law and order” voter for people who sell pot! Right.

You and all the other Pot Fans will push the cops to arrest people in the hood selling black market THC products. Right! After all the gnashing of teeth about putting people in prison for marijuana, you guys are going to approve the arrest and conviction of everyone selling black market pot.

      Man, are you that delusional?

“people in the hood” yeah because it’s not 2019. Who talks like that? You’re a joke, basing your false claims on fear, hatred and personal bias. It’s laughable that you would ask someone else if they’re delusional, since you’re still trying to pretend marijuana causes psychosis like it’s the Reefer Madness days. The issue with marijuana convictions are a lot bigger than you think they were, and they’re a completely separate problem from people selling black market vaping products. It’s not “black market pot”. Your lack of knowledge on this subject is truly astounding.

A complete refusal (inability due to THC brain poisoning?) to address the issue I posed: nobody, including Basement Boy, will support arresting people for selling black market pot.

No one will be put in prison. Ever. And the black market will thrive. We all know it, even if we lie about it.

That’s because you’re not acknowledging that the black market is a lot bigger than the issue we’re discussing. You’d like anyone who deals with marijuana illegally to go to prison, because of your archaic and irresponsibly wrong personal bias. The issue here is people creating black market vaping cartridges that are potentially dangerous. Yes, those people should be arrested. However, people who grow marijuana and distribute to other states no I don’t believe should be arrested, because the issue is that marijuana should be legal, period. There is no reason for someone in Michigan to go to prison for 20 years for an amount of marijuana you can legally carry in California. You lie about the facts while insulting others, it shows your weakness, Craig.
