Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has acquired Pend Oreille Insurance in Idaho.
Pend Oreille is led by co-owners Stefanie Nostdahl and Jodie Corless. Nostdahl and Corless, along with the entire Pend Oreille team, will join Alliant and continue serving clients from the Ponderay, Idaho, offices. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The firm provides an array of regionally focused insurance solutions to clients in Idaho, Montana, California, Arizona, Colorado and Washington. Pend Oreille’s diverse product offerings include commercial insurance, personal insurance, and health and life insurance services.
Newport Beach, Calif.-based Alliant provides property/casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, underwriting, surety, and financial products and services.
