The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has named Clint Phillips to head up its new Bakersfield, Calif., office.
Phillips has 19 years of experience in the Bakersfield area, where he has specialized in the construction and oil and gas industries.
He was most recently at Walter Mortensen Insurance.
