Woodruff Sawyer has named Brian O’Regan vice president in the firm’s private equity and transactional risk group.
O’Regan will work out of the San Francisco, Calif. office.
He has a decade of experience in the insurance industry and financial institutions space. He was previously with Equity Risk Partners as an assistant vice president.
