LP Insurance Services, headquartered in Reno, Nev., promoted Trinity Steelman to chief operating officer. Founding COO, Joe Wyatt, retired on July 1.
Steelman is responsible for the daily operations throughout the LP Insurance footprint. She continues to lead the employee benefits division.
Steelman began her career as part of IMS, Lucini/Parish Insurance (eponym of LP Insurance Services), ABD Insurance and Wells Fargo Insurance Services via mergers and acquisitions. In 2011, she became an owner at McMullen Insurance, which merged with LP Insurance in 2016.
