AXCESS Insurance announced today that the company has secured Fidelity Insurance Coverage through Western Surety.
A division of CNA Surety (NYSE: SUR), Western Surety is an AMBest “A+” Rated insurance company with a Financial Size Category of VIII ($100 Million – $250 Million).
“We want every one of our Policy Holders to be certain that their investments are insured, and so is the company they are depending on,” stated AXCESS CEO Anthony Baratta.
AXCESS further announced that its Board of Directors has selected PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP as the company’s independent auditor commencing June 2003.
“AXCESS interviewed members of the “Big Five” accounting firms in an attempt to identify the company that would deliver superior audit services and that demonstrates the highest degree of professionalism,” said Baratta. “We’re confident our selection of PriceWaterhouseCoopers will help us meet our strict oversight guidelines.”
