The Mobile Response Team (MRT), NCA Group’s mobile command unit and its staff of veteran catastrophe professionals will be dispatched to the most severely impacted area while traditional field operation sites will be established throughout the region. The MRT is a completely self-sufficient office environment and features the latest satellite networking and communication technology. At this time, all members of NCA Group’s catastrophe team are staging in Memphis and will move further south as areas are deemed safe by local authorities.
