(CSI), a specialty MGA, is pleased to announce that it has been granted underwriting authority for a new National Mining Program. “Our carrier is rated “A FSC 15″” according to company President Jim Godfrey, Jr. Coverage will be in ISO format without restrictive endorsements such as mining limitation endorsement, contractor’s limitation coverage or other restrictive exclusions. They will be able to write coverage for General Liability, Auto, Property and Inland Marine. CSI’s underwriting team has collectively been involved in the mining arena for over 50 years.
Additionally, Casualty & Surety, Inc. can write through various other Carriers all of the above coverages, plus Employers Liability, Umbrella Liability, and Workers Comp. The program is available in all 50 states and to all types of mining companies, including coal, aggregates and hard rock, mining for both surface and underground operations, as well as the various processing facilities.
