San Diego, CA, 1/7/13 – Brad Perilman has been named Chief Financial Officer for Atlas General Insurance Services, a program administrator with offices in San Diego, San Francisco and Denver.
“We are thrilled that Brad has accepted the role of Chief Financial Officer and is joining Atlas,” said Bill Trzos, Chief Executive Officer. “Brad brings great knowledge and experience. He will further enhance our infrastructure and capabilities in our goal of Atlas being the premier insurance solution to our partners and customers.”
Brad will have a wide range of responsibilities with a core focus on the development of financial strategies and corporate development. Brad will lead the fiscal team tasked with corporate and financial compliance and will serve as a key member of the executive management team.
Prior to joining Atlas, Brad served as a Director at Aon Benfield Securities, Inc. in New York, where he was responsible for executing merger and acquisition transactions and private equity capital raisings, primarily involving start-up (re)insurance companies. Brad has also held positions at Marsh and Mercer Consulting Group. Additionally, Brad has transactional experience in both U.S. and European (re)insurance markets.
