San Diego, CA, October 27, 2015– American Claims Management, Inc. (ACM), a national third party administrator and claim ancillary services company, is continuing to establish a greater presence on the West Coast by expanding its claim operations to Northern California.
The new Northern California office, located in the Sacramento suburb of Roseville, houses ACM’s already established team of claim industry professionals within the region. It provides additional capacity for increased customer support, data management and comprehensive claim administration for ACM’s more than 30,000 clients.
This new location will make American Claims Management’s sixth branch office across the country with plans to add a seventh in Overland Park, Kansas early next year, ensuring that ACM has a more robust presence throughout all four time zones, while supporting:
- Growth in client demand for claim adjusting, managed care, investigations and independent adjusting
- Client needs for both regional and national presence
- Access to labor pools with intimate knowledge and experience of the surrounding areas
