Largest Personal Lines Insurance Distribution Company Continues Growth With Purchase of ASAP and Axiom Insurance

HUNTINGTON BEACH Calif. (July 15, 2021) – Confie, the largest personal lines insurance distribution company in the U.S., today announced it has completed the acquisitions of ASAP Insurance in Texas, and Axiom Insurance in Georgia, further expanding its national retail footprint.

Confie currently has retail stores in Georgia under the company’s non-standard Southern Harvest Insurance banner. Axiom Insurance will fold into Confie’s nationwide Freeway Insurance brand to create the first brick and mortar stores for the brand in Georgia.

With the acquisition of ASAP Insurance, the company will broaden its presence in Texas. These stores will join Confie’s standard & personal lines brand structure and be supported by the InsureOne management team moving forward.

We continue to seek opportunities to break into new markets and expand our reach organically, by acquisition, and via franchising for the first time this year as well,” said Cesar Soriano, CEO of Confie. “We welcome these two companies to our family as we further expand our industry-leading company.”

The new acquisitions allow Confie to continue its 2021 Roadmap for Growth strategy. The company’s plans include expanding its insurance products into new markets while continuing to focus on broadening regional presences in existing markets.
