Kerrville, TX — December 18, 2025 — Industry veteran Trent Richmond has launched Executio, bringing an Execution-as-a-Service (EaaS) model to the independent agency channel to address the conditions that have long suppressed growth, profit, and realized value. Richmond, who has spent more than 30 years as an agency owner, network leader, carrier partner, and insurtech founder, said the gap is still holding the channel back.
“Executio was created to fill the gap the industry has struggled with for decades — not just execution, but everything required to make execution possible,” Richmond said.
He notes that operational drift, carrier misalignment, and capacity constraints continue to suppress growth across the channel. “There is always money sitting in the book,” Richmond said. “The long-running M&A cycle has only increased the operational strain on agencies and brokers. The conditions needed to unlock that value often haven’t been in place. Executio exists to change that.”
Executio steps in to complete high-impact initiatives that the channel often identifies but struggles to execute due to limited time, structure, or capacity. The firm focuses on uncovering hidden revenue, realigning carrier portfolios, migrating books, tightening accountability, and resolving operational drift — with measurable, performance-driven outcomes.
Strategic Alignment with AgencyKPI
Executio launches alongside a strategic relationship with AgencyKPI, the analytics platform Richmond co-founded in 2018. Richmond continues to serve on AgencyKPI’s Board of Directors, and both companies will work together to support the independent insurance industry
