    I would like to say that your article has some good reminders about customer service in the insurance industry. I work with a call support desk and handle calls from every direction, it seems. “Put yourself in their shoes” is a helpful mindset. Refraining from complaining about the insurance company is a good practice as well. Thank you for the time you spent publishing this article during this period of restoration from storm damage.
