Fargo, N.D.-based insurer Berkshire Hathaway has launched an anonymous employee hotline service to all of its subsidiary companies in response to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
The Sarbanes-Oxley Act requires that public companies provide employees with a communications mechanism enabling them to remain anonymous when reporting financial irregularities.
