Conseco Declares Stock Dividend
Conseco, Inc. of Carmel, Ind. declared a dividend on the outstanding shares of its Class B 5.50 percent Mandatorily Convertible Preferred Stock $0.34375 per share. The dividend is payable on Nov. 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on Nov. 1, 2005.
