Vicki Sears, a 20 years veteran with St. Paul Travelers in sales, marketing and distribution, with the most recent title of assistant vice president and marketing director, has been promoted to vice president, Distribution Management Functions.
Mark Fiebrink, Wausau’s president and chief operating officer said that Vicki is “well-suited to lead our marketing and distribution management functions.”
Sears replaces Tim Mulloy, who led Wausau’s distribution management services function on an interim basis. Mulloy will now focus on his main role as senior vice president for Wausau’s National Broker Division.
Within the St. Paul organization, Sears served as senior marketing director for small commercial and national broker manager in St. Paul, field marketing representative in Philadelphia and commercial lines underwriter in Phoenix. She began her insurance career as a claim adjuster for NCC (a third party administrator for Safeco Insurance) before joining St. Paul.
She earned a bachelors degree in criminal justice and sociology from Georgia State University and a mini-Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas.
Wausau Insurance is a national property and casualty company, providing commercial auto, general liability, property, umbrella, workers compensation and other coverages.
