They can say what they want, but Erie, Selective, and Hanover are all pretty much in the tank. This won’t be good for any of them.

    It WAS NOT a SUPERSTORM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Katrina …. Andrew those are superstorms. The people in the Northeast US act like they are the first ones in history to be hit by a hurricane, no excuse me, a tropical storm. The first in history without power for an extended period and on and on.

I can’t help but laugh, not at the Sandy victims, but at Erie Insurance. All I can say to the victims is good luck if you have Erie Insurance Exchange for your provider. I had them at one time and learned I will never again. I sued and have one several times but they keep appealing. I won a “bad faith claim” against them in the Wilson County, TN. circuit court for a total amount of $80,360. Call the court house in that county and ask about Hearn vs. Erie Insurance Exchange…it’s public information and fun info at that. I’ve enjoyed my journey down insurance claim lane with Erie. I will actually be sad when its over because my wife and I have had so many funny conversations over beating them thru the court system. Anyway, good luck to you Erie carriers and sorry for you loss. If they say “NO” to you then take them to court. They are very easy to beat at all levels of court. Have a great day!!!
