The Alabama Department of Insurance will hold a public hearing Dec. 4, 2002 on the proposed revision of Alabama private passenger automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.
The hearing will take place at the Alabama insurance department offices in Montgomery.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
