I do question how a 3 year old could have so many serious dental issues. Not all of us have good teeth, but that is a lot wrong with baby teeth. diet????
As a pediatric dentist, I see several cases every day like this one or worse. It is truly a shame. That is why the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommend children establishing a dental home by age 1. Hopefully, this amount of disease can be prevented. My heart goes out to this family.
