Nothing in article or in Google search provides a phone number, email link, or website. Certainly lives up to hype of hard-to-place accounts. It is a hard to place/hard to find contact information as well.

you place a submission thru your arrowhead log in and if it does not fit that program then they reffer it to valliant but, I dont know how good it is because i submitted two accounts and they were dont rejected because they didnt have 2 years workers comp history.
