I’m not convinced the readability laws work

    I totally agree. Readability laws make forms harder to read because we are required to break up sentences with lists and semicolons in order to achieve the correct score. Defining terms is already commonplace so why do we need scores on top of defined terms?

    The best insurance coverage training I ever had was when one insurance company took us offsite for a day and we went line by line through the written homeowners policy.
