Welcome to the first post for Pat Alexander’s Chronicles. I am a consultant that spends much of my time working with insurance agencies in defining their workflows and maximizing the use of their technology systems.
My plan for this blog is to share with you ideas on defining, training and implementing new or updated workflows in your agency. We will talk about best practices, what they are and how to achieve them. Achieving great workflows and best practices includes issues about your agency’s culture and maximizing of your current technologies and possibly investing in new or additional technologies. You may check my full bio at PatAlexander.Com.
I encourage you to ask advice and questions in the comments section of each post. Remember there is no such thing as a stupid question except the one you didn’t ask that you really need the answer to. If I don’t have the answer, I will seek out one of the many experts I know in our industry to acquire a response.
If you have a question or advice that may involve proprietary information, please feel free to email me at pat@patalexander.com.
I am honored to be asked by the Insurance Journal to participate in their blog. I will be visiting with you every Wednesday. If you have a question that I don’t address, please let me know. I am looking forward to interacting with each of you and exchanging valuable information.
