Whistleblower Limit

– The U.S. Supreme Court ruling that a federal law protecting whistleblowers at publicly traded companies does not cover employees of mutual funds.

Miss. Mitigation

HIV-Positive Case

– Lawyer for a man granted a new hearing in his suit claiming the Atlanta police department rejected his job application because he has HIV.
