—North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm, responding to an announcement by Sanford Health Plan that the company had received its certificate of authority to sell individual and group health plans in North Dakota. Hamm said the insurance products and rates Sanford intends to offer in North Dakota still need to be approved. Once approved by the insurance department, Sanford Health Plan’s name will be added to the list of companies that sell individual and group health insurance policies in the state.
