Maximum amount in rate reductions homeowners in Oregon could see, thanks to a rate decrease by Safeco. According to the Seattle-based company, rate reductions will vary by location. The rate reduction stems from seeing improvements in both the number of claims and Safeco’s success in reducing expenses. The company said it recently overhauled its underwriting and pricing models, as well.
