Coverage is for small and mid-sized tech companies and features E&O, breach of reps/warranties, personal injury, privacy, intellectual property and security protections. These products are customizable featuring the option to add additional covered services directly on the policy forms. Coverage for the insured’s own Web site activities is provided. Also, coverage is not just for the traditional materials such as print and audio but for new age materials such as digital code, masked works, scents, sounds, tastes or textures, as well.
Dollars: Policy limits up to $5 million. Minimum deductible is $2,500. Minimum premium is $1,500 to $2,500.
