Kent Wholesale Insurance Brokers LLC is now offering elder care insurance coverage. This program is designed to provide general liability, professional liability and property coverage for small- to medium-sized adult assisted living, residential care and skilled nursing facilities. Education is an integral part of the program and materials are provided to the clients on a monthly basis to promote loss prevention and risk management. They have the ability to offer monthly financing. Homeowners liability extensions are available.

Dollars:
Policy limits start at $100,000 per occurrence, $300,000 aggregate with higher limits available. Deductibles are $2,500 for general and professional liability and $1,000 for property. Premiums are $2,500 for general and professional liability and $1,000 for property.

Carrier:
Lloyd’s of London rated “A+ 15,” nonadmitted.

Idaho and Oregon.
