The policy covers the unintentional release of confidential information. Written on an occurrence form, the program is rated based on the number of employees. Residential Waste Hauler’s General and Pollution Liability
Market Detail: UCPM Environmental offers pollution coverage for residential waste haulers. Residential waste haulers can be classified as environmental contractors. As such, they can take advantage of some package deals from the environmental marketplace. UCPM Environmental has carriers that will write the general liability, pollution liability and the transit pollution coverage for residential waste haulers. Minimum premium begins at $2,500 and the minimum deductible is $2,500.

Coastal Property
Market Detail: NIF Group Inc. acts as the exclusive underwriter for several carriers to bring agents a market for property coverage for coastal property in 14 states. The program is written on non-admitted paper and focuses on difficult to place risks, such as habitational, real estate, institutional, mercantile, manufacturing, office, service risks and more. Limits are available on a primary or excess basis. In addition NIF Property solutions will write coastal, Tier 1 exposures in all listed states. Wind Coverage is restricted to other-than-frame construction for Tier 1 counties in Alabama and Mississippi. Wind coverage is excluded or restricted to certain parishes in Louisiana. Developmentally Disabled Caregivers
Market Detail: Thomco Insurance Co. offers Developmentally Disabled Plus, an insurance program for clients who serve chronically disabled persons suffering from mental or physical impairment including retardation and other developmental conditions. Thomco’s program is designed to provide coverage for residential facilities, sheltered workshops, camps, and transitional living. The multi-line program is available nationally.

Market Detail: Artex Risk Solutions Inc. is rolling out a new program built exclusively for small to middle market warehousing and logistics accounts and which is endorsed by the IWLA (International Warehousing Logistics Association). Warehousing and logistics risks can build a package program to include property coverage, cargo, general liability protection, auto liability, warehouseman’s liability, workers’ compensation and umbrella coverage. Day Care Centers
Market Detail: Tapco Underwriters Inc. offers a day care program that includes coverage for commercial day cares, in-home programs and after-school programs. Available coverages include errors and omissions and sexual abuse & molestation. Swimming pools can be considered provided they are fenced and have no diving boards. Facilities with playgrounds can be considered. Facilities providing overnight care may be eligible; and operations utilizing off-premises field trips can be considered. Additionally, special needs facilities are eligible based on underwriting criteria. To be eligible, the facility must have appropriate state certifications.
