Russell R. Grace 90, founder and president of Russell Grace Inc. Insurance of Fort Worth died Friday, Sept. 29. A memorial service was held on Monday, Oct. 2, at the First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth. Grace was a native of Charleston, Mo. He moved to Fort Worth to open an office for a large insurer, later branching out on his own. In 1950, he established Russell Grace Inc. 
Grace maintained his office on West Seventh Street for 48 years, working every weekday and half a day on Saturdays until a recent illness limited his abilities. Russell wrote unique coverages with Lloyd’s of London and later domestic facilities, including coverage for Pavoratti at the Republican National Convention in Dallas.
