The Applied Systems Client Network (ASCnet), the user group for Applied Systems agency technology, announced that its 16th Annual Education Conference designed for principals, owners and system managers will be held Oct. 24-27 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando. With the theme of “2001: An Automation Odyssey,” hundreds of independent agent attendees will evaluate two topics critical to every small business: management and technology. Educational sessions will cover customer relationship management, Internet sales and service, making wise investments in technology, hiring new talent, improving agency workflow, and technology leadership. To increase knowledge on how to utilize the industry’s new technologies, ASCnet will provide an Applied Systems Demo Area with hands-on displays for participants. Additionally, many well-known retailers will share their products and services in the ASCnet Trade Fair. For more information on the conference, visit www.ASCnet.org or call (407) 869-0404.
