The board of directors of Atlanta-based ebix.com Inc. has appointed Robin Raina as chairman of the company. Raina also serves as president and CEO. He was re-elected a director at the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting on May 31, and then elected chairman in a unanimous vote by the board of directors. His appointment is effective immediately. According to Raina, he will focus on driving strategic growth and maintain profitability in his new position.
