Moody’s assigned “Aa1” insurance financial strength ratings to Executive Risk Indemnity Inc., Executive Risk Specialty Insurance Company and Quadrant Indemnity Company. The three Chubb Executive Risk Inc. companies are members of the Chubb Group of Companies intercompany reinsurance pool. The rating outlook for the Chubb Group of Companies is stable.
