CSRSelect LLC of Charlotte, N.C. has launched CSRSelect, an online test to evaluate prospective insurance customer service representatives. The program evaluates applicants in skills that producers, CSRs and training specialists identified as essential for the level of customer service expected in today’s insurance marketplace. It produces a report comparing the applicant’s skill and service attitude profile to that of experienced CSRs.
