Newport Beach, Calif.-based insurance technology developer iLeads.com released its Lightning Response System, which automatically sends e-mail confirmations to consumers from agents who received the leads. The messages prepare the consumers by letting them know exactly who will be following up on their online inquiry. The program, offered exclusively by iLeads.com at no charge to clients, allows agents to personalize their messages by inserting a photo, company logo, description of their services and contact information within the body of the confirmation e-mail.
