Philadelphia Insurance Companies’ announced the introduction of their new “Flexi-Five® non-profit D&O policy,” described as “providing traditional D&O coverage along with: Workplace Violence Coverage, Internet Liability Coverage, Employment Practices Liability, and Fiduciary Liability.”
The company indicated it had expanded the policy as a response to “21st century coverage demands.” It now also includes an optional “duty to defend flexibility along with providing defense in addition to the limit of liability,” and makes available separate limits for Employment Practices Liability. “Lo
ss includes punitive damage (where insurable). The policy also includes free loss control assistance with one of the nation’s leading law firms in the field of D&O coverage,” said the announcement.
The bulletin stated that, “Limits up to $20,000,000 are available. Options include zero retentions and unlimited tail coverage; minimum premium is $750 for a $1,000,000 limit. Philadelphia Insurance Companies plans to offer the program nationwide (except Louisiana) to all licensed brokers.”
